It is your responsibility to inspect the item before accepting delivery. The courier's company policy is to allow 15 minutes for this inspection.

What are the shipping charges?

Prices of shipping are included on the product listings, please note these are UK Mainland Prices.

Heavier items will be pallet delivered throughout UK Mainland, excluding the Highlands at a cost of £65.00.

Please note these items are weighty and will be offloaded on a pallet as close as possible to your property.

You will be responsible for the final unpacking and siting of the item.

How long does delivery to the UK Mainlands take?

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery from receipt of cleared purchase funds.

What is your returns policy?

A full refund excluding P&P will be made upon the return of the undamaged item with 7 days of delivery.
